Clients will liaise with one of our customer service team throughout the process. Who will support them via our business WhatsApp, on the telephone or email depending on our clients preference.
Once we have all the documents we need from clients, depending on whether or not they already have a UTR (Unique Tax Reference), the process can take anything between 4-8 weeks on average to receive a refund.
We can go back 4 tax years if a client has never completed a tax reclaim before.
Refunds are received from HMRC to DB Living, where we deduct our fee and refund the remainder to the client.
Our Average Fee is 18.5%+VAT of Refund Received, We pay £25 per referral that successfully claims.
