DB Living is a small, family run business which formed in 2016 and has been growing rapidly ever since. What started off as a business primarily focused on Sports Professionals tax relief on expenses claims, we have now expanded into self-employment and property income returns. Dale Bennett - Owner & Founder
Dale is a Professional Footballer, having played for Watford FC, Brentford FC, Wimbledon FC, Forest Green FC and more recently Sutton United FC and the Grenada National Football Team.
As the career lifespan of a Sports Professional is shorter than your average Career, Dale's entrepreneurial instinct kicked in and the idea of DB Living was produced and put into action in 2016.
With a strong network in the sports industry, Dale was able to build up a stable client base in a short amount of time, and now focuses purely on service improvement and business expansion.
Mandy Bennett - Owner
Mandy is an Employment Specialist with over 5 years of postgraduate experience and currently studying towards a Masters in Employment Law (LLM). Mandy's key areas of expertise are PAYE Tax, Employment Contracts, Contract Recruitment, Employment Expenses and Employment Law.
After completing a Degree in Law, Mandy spent 5 years in Contract Recruitment before making the career decision to focus solely on growing and expanding DB Living.
Mandy's role in the business is day to day coordination, strategic planning, legal compliance and quality improvement.
Kerry Windust – Business Admin Coordinator
Kerry manages DB Living's WhatsApp, email and telephone line. In addition to this, ensures all claim documentation is received and processed in a timely manner to enable your claim to be put through as quickly as possible whilst also coordinating the workload of the admin and sales team members.
Rebecca Pritchard - Client Administrator
Rebecca is responsible for developing both our member benefit scheme and expanding our self-employed client base. In addition to this, Rebecca is also responsible for business administrative tasks.
Marie Simpson - Finance Associate
Prince 2 Qualified Practitioner in Project Management in addition to being CAPP and ICM Qualified, Marie brings depth of experience and knowledge to DB Living from both a strategic and finance viewpoint.
Within DB Living, Marie is responsible for all book keeping, process improvement and financial transactions.
Justine Emily – Social Media
Justine is our business development administrator, she may be one of your first point of contacts at DB Living through social media.
Nicola Austin - Administrative Support
Nicola is responsible for liaising with HMRC to chase queries and updates for our clients in addition to general administrative tasks.
Flo Simpson - Administrative Support
Flo originally managed our social media platforms, but has now moved internally to a back office administrative support role.
