Our Story

DB Living is a small, family run business which formed in 2016 and has been growing rapidly ever since. What started off as a business primarily focused on Sports Professionals tax relief on expenses claims, we have now expanded into self-employment and property income returns. Dale Bennett - Owner & Founder

Dale is a recently retired Professional Footballer, having played for Watford FC, Brentford FC, Wimbledon FC, Forest Green FC and more recently Sutton United FC and the Grenada National Football Team.

As the career lifespan of a Sports Professional is shorter than your average Career, Dale's entrepreneurial instinct kicked in and the idea of DB Living was produced and put into action in 2016.

With a strong network in the sports industry, Dale was able to build up a stable client base in a short amount of time, and now focuses purely on service improvement and business expansion. Dale is also a successful Football Agent working in both Men’s and Women’s professional football alongside running DB Living.

Mandy Bennett - Owner

Mandy is an Employment Specialist with over 8 years of postgraduate experience and currently studying towards a Masters in Employment Law (LLM). Mandy's key areas of expertise are PAYE Tax, Employment Contracts, Contract Recruitment, Employment Expenses and Employment Law.

After completing a Degree in Law, Mandy spent 5 years in Contract Recruitment before making the career decision to focus solely on growing and expanding DB Living.

Mandy's role in the business is day to day coordination, strategic planning, legal compliance and quality improvement

Rebecca Pritchard

Rebecca Pritchard - Business Admin Coordinator

Rebecca is key to ensuring all claim documentation is received and processed in a timely manner to enable your claim to be put through as quickly as possible whilst also coordinating the workload of the admin and sales team members.

Justine Emily – Social Media

Justine is our business development administrator, she may be one of your first point of contacts at DB Living through social media.

Emma Brownlie - Business Accountant

Chartered Accountant and Professional Footballer for Rangers Ladies. Emma does not only bring a wealth of Accounting experience to the team, she also plays professional football herself like many of our clients. Her knowledge of the industry combined with accounting makes an excellent addition to DB Living.

Cecilia Richmond – Business Administrator

Cecilia supports our business with administration and coordinating client documentation to ensure our claim process runs smooth and efficient. Cecilia will also be a contact for our clients to discuss outstanding forms or documentation.

Morven Sharpe – Customer Service Administrator

Morven manages our DB Living business WhatsApp and is a key contact for our clients to keep them updated throughout the process from onboarding through to client aftercare.

Bella Jensen - Social Media Assistant

Bella is our social media content creator, ensuring regular social media posting and client engagement through social media is kept current and up to date. Onboarding new clients is a crucial part of Bella’s role to support our client base growth.
